Superwell Specialties.

Gifted-Specific Support

Services: self-understanding + parts integration work, self-acceptance + self-empowerment, nervous system mapping, self-compassion + befriending your humanness, balancing your inner intelligences (EQ, Somatic, IQ, Relational, Spiritual), navigating change + identity, core values/visioning/purpose, authentic + intentional living, meditation + breathwork practices.

My interest in this population is because I have always lived with a family of gifted individuals who struggled in the world as they negotiated life in a way that worked (or didn't work) for them. I also identify as an emotionally gifted individual.

Creative-Specific Support

Most of my clients are creatives looking to trust themselves (again) + where their lives are heading, both personally and professionally. By having a deeper understanding of themselves + their humanness we can better understand the inner workings of how their unique creative expression comes to life. Through parts integration work, embodied practices and nervous system mapping, we partner to harness their unique creative process in a way that allows them to radically own who they truly are in this world; ultimately creating their work + their life from THIS authentic space.

My interest in this population is because I believe creative expression is a window into our soul + one of the truest voices in our world today. I want to support its opening + expansion as a way to tap back into our evolved humanity. I worked in the creative ad world for 10+ years prior to becoming a coach + most of my clients now are creatives who are navigating the professional world with their gifts.

Neurodivergent-Specific Support (other than giftedness)

My approach is to co-create a safe, open and patient space as we explore the full range of perspectives + possibilities available within each client. This allows access to more inner resourcing + empowered choice, while honoring the reality of each client. We never force, we always trust in the innate unfolding of the process. I believe that learning to understand oneself is a journey that requires the partnership of someone who can go to the depths of wherever a client needs to go, while trusting in the non-linear wisdom of that inward journey. My goal is to support each client in deeply trusting themselves as the hero of their story so they can radically own who they truly are as a part of the evolving worldly eco-system we are all a part of.

My interest in this population is because I was diagnosed with complexPTSD in 2021 + have since been on a deep exploration and understanding of who I am with and beyond a diagnosis. This journey has been long, painful, + ultimately one of the most life-giving renaissances I've experienced. I hope to hold space for others who have gone through trauma or feel "different" to recognize their own realities in more empowering, soul-nourishing ways.

Training: Entry-level trauma-informed coach (TIC) training completed with Susana Rinderle, MC, PCC. Embodied Transformation training with Coaches Rising included modules on trauma-informed coaching with David Treleaven + Staci Haines; conditioned tendency with Alta Star; and nervous system mapping with Deb Dana. This is still an education in progress, however, my own experience as an AYA trauma-survivor (teen cancer survivor, teen sexual assault survivor, bullying + emotional abuse) provides experiential training that cannot be overlooked.
