Hi, I'm Ariane. I'm a coach, and creator of very okay, a space where I offer coaching that caters to the unique needs of those who identify as gifted, creative, sensitive, and neurodivergent.

As a coach, I work with all kinds of beautiful and thoughtful people, and I have a special interest in serving those who identify as gifted or 2e. Together, we walk through their giftedness/neurodivergent discovery journey, and explore the integration of their full authentic selves into their lives and relationships. I've helped clients navigate creative blocks, parenting challenges, career shifts, self-care, and mind-body (re)connection.

I’m also currently completing my Masters degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and will be offering psychotherapy services in Ontario (Canada) in the very near future. Send me a note if you’d like to be added to my psychotherapy waitlist.

I’m looking forward to meeting you soon!

Superwell Specialties.

Gifted-Specific Support

As a 2e being, I have a special interest in serving those who identify as gifted and neurodivergent. I like working with people who are just starting off on their giftedness discovery journey or wish to dive deeper into their unique flavour of complexity and intensity.

Neurodivergent-Specific Support

I tend to work with neurodivergent clients who are twice or multi-exceptional (gifted and ADHD, Autism, etc). That being said, I am always open and curious to dive into all flavours and colours of neurodivergence with my clients. So don't hesitate to reach out if my profile speaks to you, I would love to meet you.

Creative-Specific Support

I offer life coaching for creatives who are feeling stuck in their good old ways, and ready to get out of the woods. We co-create their new way of being, and work together to get them there. I tend to work very well with people who identify as creative, sensitive, or just feel like a lifelong misfit. I am a trained and certified Associate Integral Coach, and my life coaching practice for creatives is unique, but informed and inspired by Integral Coaching.
