What is one of your quirks/special talents?

I’m great at pattern recognition & helping others locate, identify, articulate, express, & release their emotions. Personally, I have Alexithymia, so I know how hard it can be to unwind what bothers you. Aren’t paradoxes fun?!?

Learning about people is my special interest! I can’t wait to learn about you…!

I love a good “rabbit hole”! I’m always learning something new to help me & my clients – it doesn’t matter if it is “clinical” or “woo-woo” as long as it helps & doesn’t cause harm.

I’m an Enneagram 9, a 4/6 Manifesting Generator in Human Design, & I have Gene Key 55. My life purpose is literally to make mistakes, mine wisdom, & mentor you!

Create memories with my loves, get real R & R, visit the lands of my ancestors, & consult with a Neuroaffirming MD. I’d advocate for the dismantling of outdated beliefs, practices, & policies especially related to work & the medical, mental, educational, & justice systems.
