Psychotherapist
Coach for Gifted, Neurodivergent, and Highly Sensitive Adults
Hi, I'm John Syc. I specialize in guiding gifted, twice-exceptional (2e), and neurodivergent adults through deep self-discovery and personal growth. My approach integrates various therapeutic modalities to help you uncover your true self, navigate your unique challenges, and live authentically.
My own journey started as a twice-exceptional (2e) autistic individual, and that experience drives my passion for supporting others. After traditional therapy helped me reach a point, I realized deeper work was needed. The discovery of my twice-exceptional nature as an adult led to a transformation that has shaped how I help others today. With over 15 years in mental health and a dedication to understanding the gifted and neurodivergent experience, I support clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves. I draw from specialized training and personal insights to guide clients toward emotional balance, authenticity, and meaningful growth.
