Neurodivergent-Specific Support
(Individual, Parent and Group Therapy)
I offer psychotherapeutic services to neurodivergent adults, with a specific focus on adhd. As a late-diagnosed female, I am particularly drawn to working with late-diagnosed women and integrating neuroscientific psychoeducation into the unmasking process. I am a firm believer in the power of understanding your brain to guide your healing. I have extensive experience as a special education social worker in public schools, and I am passionate about helping parents and caregivers of neurodivergent youth navigate the IEP process, and empowering them as they advocate for neurodiversity-affirming school supports for their child.
I am am ADHD certified clinical services provider, which means I have completed a 30+ hour intensive training course in evidence-based strategies for managing ADHD across the lifespan.

Fun Stuff.
How do your clients describe you?
Quirky, passionate, real, safe.
What is your favorite book (or 4)?
I loved Catcher in the Rye. As a teenager, I found comfort in Holden Caulfield's introspective and relatable yearning for authenticity and genuine human connection.
What are your creative outlets?
Interior home design (constantly moving furniture, searching for perfect art and antiques), art projects with my kids, and an endless number of "started but never finished" hobbies like cross stitching, pottery, and paint-by-numbers.
What would you do with $10M?
Curate a life for my family centered on adventure and experiential learning through traveling, buy a hobby farm, and donate the remainder to causes I care about.
What is one of your quirks and/or special talents?
I have an extraordinary recall for movie lines and useless trivia.
