Gifted-Specific Support

I offer somatic support for gifted individuals that have a tendency to get stuck in their intellectual minds. This practice is deeper and beyond words, which can be a challenging space for gifted beings that have a proclivity for language. Sound Meditation focuses on your body + energy; areas of existence that those of us who are neurocomplex/gifted are regularly overriding.

Creative-Specific Support

As someone who has been in the music industry as an artist, creative director, and visual artist since 2005, I have a deep understanding of creative realms and the energy it can generate/utilize. I also understand the complexity of those experiences.

Neurodivergent-Specific Support

I have shaped my training to focus on the experience of neurcomplexity/neurodivergence. As a neurocomplex being myself, I understand the intensities / complexities / struggles / strengths of existing within a neurocomplex body with a neurocomplex consciousness + wiring. Being still can be a CHALLENGE. I understand the intense drive for our intellectual brains to take over. I understand how chatty our minds can get when we are not constantly moving or distracted. Together we will create a safe space to allow those thoughts to appear and be acknowledged, and then allow them to pass. Or draw attention to what may be helpful.

What are your creative outlets?

Digital art, running around with my camcorders + instant film camera, documenting, capturing interesting sounds in the world, making sounds.

What is one of your quirks and/or special talents?

I write backwards with my left hand.

What would you do with $10M?

Open an animal sanctuary for animals that need care and love from people, and for people that need care and love from animals.
