At Root to Crown Healing & Wellness

The Root to Crown Abundance Therapy Fund allows community members to assist in sponsoring BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) individuals with financial barriers to receive therapy services from Root to Crown Healing & Wellness, LLC. At Root to Crown, we believe that all humans are deserving of high quality mental health care, and that economic class status should not be a barrier to receiving those services.

At Root to Crown, we believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. We’re passionate about helping you find an individualized and holistic approach that works for you to facilitate your own healing. We aim to empower the self-teacher and the self-healer inside each individual.

Our approach draws from training in a variety of holistic methods that assist in healing, including Art Therapy, SomaYoga, reiki, and EMDR. We operate from a trauma-informed & healing centered approach. You more than the sum of the experiences that have happened to you, & all humans are resilient and can heal, thrive, & find wellness.

Root to Crown is located on ancestral Očhéthi Šakówiŋ and Wahpekute land of the Dakota and Anishinaabe people. It is lead by Superwell’s own Cassie Sawyer.

Superwell donated 6% of membership fees from 2023 Q1 to the Abundance Therapy Fund, and we absolutely loved it.
